Eggrolls or Lumpia as we call it in the Philippines is a favorite recipe. This is a traditional Filipino dish. It is a little tedious to make but the outcome is always rewarding; specially when you see everyone enjoy this scrumptious dish. It can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer.
The photos and description is my version of making this favorite recipe. I always make a small patty (after all the ingredients are mixed) and fry it to see if the taste needs adjusting; e.g. more soy sauce or pepper. When the taste is adjusted to my liking, then it's time to wrap and roll :))
